About Calmer Rooms

Calmer Rooms is a Husband and Wife partnership, run by Richard and Debbie Bull.

Richard is a retired police officer, “I had a wonderful career, playing with dogs, driving fast cars and supervising some very dedicated, brave, humble and extremely competent staff. The one thing that gave me so much satisfaction was being a hostage & crisis and kidnap & counter terrorism negotiator. I wanted to carry some of my communication skills into the civilian world on retirement.”
